Summary of the Role
As a LEED Accredited Professional, you will play a critical role in promoting sustainable building practices. Your expertise in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards will guide architects, engineers, developers, and contractors in creating energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings. You will ensure projects meet LEED certification requirements and serve as an advisor on sustainability issues.

Responsibilities

Provide LEED certification process management, including documentation, submittals, and communication with the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
Advise on the selection of sustainable materials and technologies to maximize environmental performance.
Lead project team training on LEED requirements and sustainable construction strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies to support project goals.
Monitor LEED project performance through data analysis and reporting.
Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends and LEED updates, integrating new methodologies into project plans.
