The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders, including order entry, administration, and shipping. Responsibilities
Process and verify customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the order management system.
Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to check product availability and prepare items for shipment.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any changes or delays.
Work with the finance department to resolve billing inquiries and ensure timely invoicing.
Assist in the returns and exchanges process by facilitating communication between customers and the support team.
Contribute to process improvements within the order management department.
Maintain updated records of orders, customers, and transactions in the database.
