Qualifications
2-5 years of professional experience in outdoor recreation, travel, or hospitality
Certification in first aid and CPR
Strong knowledge of outdoor recreation activities and safety standards
Proven ability to lead and motivate groups in a dynamic environment
Exemplary communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Proficient in using booking and scheduling software
Responsibilities
Design and execute engaging adventure itineraries based on clients' interests and capabilities
Brief participants on safety procedures and ensure all activities adhere to safety guidelines
Lead groups on various outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, climbing, and kayaking
Manage bookings and logistics for travel, accommodations, and equipment rentals
Provide first aid and emergency response when necessary
Assist in marketing efforts for adventure programs and events
Maintain equipment and ensure all gear is safe and in good condition
Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and partners
Gather and respond to feedback to improve adventure experiences
