Junior (0-2 years of experience)
Summary of the Role
As a Junior Thermal Analysis Engineer, you will support the development and optimization of thermal management systems across a range of products. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to model, analyze, and validate thermal solutions for electronic devices, components, and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of heat transfer principles and thermal dynamics.
Basic experience with thermal analysis and simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, COMSOL).
Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment and data acquisition systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
Conduct thermal modeling and simulation using industry-standard software to predict thermal performance.
Assist in the design and execution of experiments to validate thermal models and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate thermal management systems.
Support the selection and evaluation of materials, components, and technologies for thermal control.
Assist in the preparation of documentation, including test plans, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analyze and interpret data from thermal tests, providing recommendations for design improvements.
Participate in design reviews and provide thermal engineering insights.
