Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience in athlete management or sports administration

Knowledge of the sports industry and relevant regulations
Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with athletes to understand their needs and concerns
Coordinate with coaching and medical staff to ensure athletes receive proper support
Organize and attend meetings with athletes, agents, and stakeholders to discuss opportunities and address issues
Manage contracts and negotiations with athletes and their representatives
Design and implement athlete support programs and services
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and athlete management practices
Oversee the athletes' public appearances and media relations
Manage and resolve conflicts among athletes and between athletes and the organization
Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards in athlete relations
