Responsibilities

Stay informed of current regulations and standards in the appraisal industry.
Assess property damage and calculate depreciation for insurance claims if applicable.
Provide expert witness testimony in legal proceedings related to property valuation disputes.
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive financial information.
