Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field.
Understanding of contract terminology, negotiations, and documentation.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and contractual agreements.
Support senior managers in the negotiation of terms and conditions.
Help ensure compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications, and government regulations.
Coordinate with finance and legal departments to ensure contract terms are favorable and compliant.
Maintain detailed and organized contract files.
Participate in contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements.
Facilitate timely contract renewals and modifications.
Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders.
