Summary of the Role
A Colorist plays a critical role in the post-production process of film, television, and video projects. With an expert eye for color balance, tone, and mood, the Colorist works closely with the directors and cinematographers to enhance the visual aesthetic and storytelling through color grading. The primary goal is to ensure consistency and alignment of the project's color palette with the creative vision. As a senior Colorist, the expectation is to lead the color grading process, mentor junior staff, and stay abreast with the latest technology and techniques in the field.

In-depth knowledge of color theory, video codecs, and color spaces (e.g., Rec.709, DCI-P3, HDR).
Proven track record of successful collaboration with directors and cinematographers.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team in a post-production environment.
