Master's degree in Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field
Valid state certification for School Principal or Administration
2-5 years of experience in an educational leadership role, preferably as an Assistant Principal or similar position
Experience with curriculum development and school administration
Demonstrated success in improving student performance and achieving academic excellence
Strong understanding of state and federal education laws

Oversee the development of school policies and procedures in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
Manage school finances and resources responsibly, including preparing and administrating the school budget
Ensure a safe and secure environment for all students and staff
Provide mentorship to teachers and staff, nurturing professional growth and development
Assess and evaluate school programs and student progress
Be an advocate for the students, the school, and the community at large
