Summary of the Role
As a Senior Grid Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and stability of the electrical grid by performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing long-term infrastructure improvements. Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections of grid infrastructure to ensure continuous operation.
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical system faults and issues.
Lead and supervise teams of junior technicians during maintenance projects.
Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to develop and implement improvements to grid systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities.
Provide on-call support for emergency situations and grid failures.
Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, system incidents, and infrastructure conditions.
Contribute to the development and refinement of maintenance protocols and best practices.
