Responsibilities
Design and develop a range of adventure tours and experiences tailored to different skill levels.
Ensure all tours comply with health and safety regulations and that all participants are briefed on safety procedures.
Lead and oversee a team of tour guides and support staff to ensure smooth operation of tours.
Handle logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and equipment for various adventure activities.
Manage booking schedules, client inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Conduct risk assessments for all activities and implement risk management plans.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in adventure tourism and continuously enhance tour offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders.
Manage budgets, financial reports, and ensure profitability of tour operations.
Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff.
