Responsibilities

Develop and propose catering menus in collaboration with chefs and culinary teams.
Ensure timely setup and delivery of food and beverages to event sites.
Supervise the catering team during events to guarantee exceptional service and food quality.
Manage vendor relations, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that suppliers adhere to agreed terms.
Maintain accurate records of all catering transactions, including invoicing and payments.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure that all catering activities are compliant.
Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues that arise during the event.
