Responsibilities

Monitor crew performance and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
Maintain accurate records of crew members' hours, schedules, and absences.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Coordinate logistical requirements such as transportation and accommodation for crew members on location.
Facilitate communication between crew members and upper management.
