Responsibilities
Assist with the processing of escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Prepare escrow instructions and coordinate with buyers, sellers, and agents.
Manage fund disbursement for real estate transactions and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Communicate clearly with all parties involved in the escrow process, including real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
Maintain detailed records of all escrow transactions.
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
Attend closings and assist with finalizing the transaction.
