Proficiency in computer applications relevant to sports facility management, such as scheduling and maintenance management software.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Current certification in First Aid and CPR.

Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations concerning sports facilities.
