As an Architectural Designer, you will be instrumental in the design and development of building projects, from the conceptual phase through to construction documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design meets clients' expectations, codes, and sustainability standards.

Knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
Experience with the full design process, from conceptualization to construction documentation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Generate innovative design solutions that comply with project constraints and client requirements.
Create and develop overall design concepts and formulate design presentation strategies.
Develop detailed drawings, elevations, plans, and sections using CAD software.
Assist with coordination of the integrated project team throughout the design and construction process.
Conduct research to inform design solutions that are sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
Participate in client presentations and meetings to communicate design ideas effectively.
Work closely with senior architects to resolve technical and design issues.
Assist in the preparation of documents for regulatory approvals.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
