Summary of the Role
The Head Coach is responsible for directing, overseeing, and leading the coaching staff and athletes of a sports team. This role involves developing strategies, conducting practices, providing leadership, and making game-time decisions to foster a competitive and successful team environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred).
A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience at a competitive level.
Proven track record of developing successful athletic programs or teams.
Strong understanding of the sport's techniques, tactics, and rules.
Relevant coaching certification(s) for the sport.
Eligibility to work in the relevant location and a clear background check.
Ability to travel and maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan that covers training, tactics, and player development.
Lead and supervise the coaching staff to ensure they are effectively instructing and motivating athletes.
Analyze performance data and statistics to make informed decisions on strategy and player selection.
Maintain a positive team atmosphere and resolve conflicts among players and staff as they arise.
Ensure compliance with all league, association, and sport regulations.
Collaborate with team management to establish objectives and long-term goals for the team.
Oversee the health and safety of athletes, prioritizing their well-being both on and off the field.
Engage with the media, stakeholders, and community as the face of the team, promoting the team's brand and fostering fan support.
