Seeking an enthusiastic Junior Track and Field Coach to instruct and inspire young athletes in track and field events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, with a focus on developing athletes' abilities, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit.

First Aid and CPR certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily training sessions for track and field athletes.
Analyze athletes' performances and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all team members.
Assist in organizing and participating in track and field meets.
Develop and implement age-appropriate workout programs.
Encourage and motivate athletes to improve their skills and performance.
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaching staff.
