Understanding of health and safety regulations in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
Coordinate with other team members to manage efficient production workflows.
Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to prevent delays and enhance performance.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize machine performance and product quality.
Assist in training junior operators and act as a mentor to improve team competencies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Record and maintain activity logs and production documentation.
Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance schedules.
