Summary of the Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. This role involves leading a team of housekeepers, conducting room inspections, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities
Supervise a team of housekeeping staff and ensure that they are following established cleaning protocols and procedures.
Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and adherence to standards.
Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance departments to ensure seamless operation between housekeeping and other hotel services.
Train new employees on proper housekeeping procedures and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.
Address and resolve guest complaints regarding room cleanliness or housekeeping service.
Implement and monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
