Responsibilities

Operate and maintain composting equipment, including turners, screens, and loaders.
Conduct regular inspections of composting systems to identify and troubleshoot issues.
Document composting operations and maintain accurate records of material processed, system performance, and product quality.
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement best practices for compost production.
Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and safety standards.
