Summary of the Role
As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, negotiation, and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of goods and services. You will ensure that the contracts are legally compliant and aligned with company policy and objectives. Your role involves managing a team of contract professionals and working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field, with a proven track record of successful contract negotiation and management.
Experience in managing a team of contract professionals.
Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase of sale of goods and services.
Identify contractual risks and mitigate them through strategic negotiation and proper documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on contractual matters.
Coordinate with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable and compliant with the law.
Train and supervise junior contract administrators and support staff.
Participate in the development of firm policies and procedures related to contracts.
Advise senior management on contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions.
