Summary of the Role
As a Junior Flavor Chemist, you will be a part of a creative and innovative team dedicated to designing and developing new flavor compounds for various food and beverage applications. Your role will involve both applied and theoretical aspects of flavor chemistry, including the synthesis and analysis of flavor molecules, ingredient interactions, and sensory evaluation.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with analytical equipment, particularly GC-MS.
