Summary of the Role
As a Yoga Instructor at our wellness center, you will guide clients through various yoga practices aimed at enhancing their physical and mental well-being. You will be responsible for designing and executing yoga sessions for individuals or groups, tailored to their skill levels and health goals. Your role includes educating clients about the principles of yoga, ensuring a safe and positive environment, and promoting a holistic approach to health and fitness.

Qualifications
Certification from a recognized yoga teacher training program.
2-5 years of experience teaching yoga, preferably in a group setting.
Excellent understanding of yoga principles, techniques, and the anatomy of the body.
Proven ability to design and execute yoga sessions for a variety of skill levels.
Experience with various styles of yoga, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, or Yin.
Current first aid and CPR certification.
Familiarity with mindfulness and meditation practices.
Responsibilities
Design and lead yoga classes for different skill levels, with a focus on safety, enjoyment, and relaxation.
Adjust and modify exercises for clients with special needs and health considerations.
Provide feedback and guidance to clients to improve their yoga practice.
Ensure the practice area is clean, safe, and conducive to meditation and relaxation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest yoga practices and integrate new techniques into sessions when appropriate.
Promote wellness and mindfulness and encourage a consistently positive experience for clients.
Assist in the development of promotional materials and events to increase class attendance.
Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment within the wellness center.
