Responsibilities

Negotiate contracts and oversee the work of contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and lease terms affecting the property.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and to identify any necessary repairs or upgrades.
Implement cost control and revenue enhancement measures.
