Responsibilities
Arrange all aspects of business and personal travel for employees and clients, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Work with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and amenities.
Maintain travel profiles for all employees including preferences and loyalty programs.
Keep informed of global travel advisories, health risks, visa requirements, and other travel regulations.
Prepare detailed itineraries for travelers and ensure that all necessary documents are in order (e.g., tickets, visas, travel insurance).
Handle any travel-related issues that arise, such as cancellations, delays, and last-minute changes.
Collaborate with other departments to budget and manage travel expenses effectively.
Track frequent flyer miles, rewards programs, and company travel expenses for reporting purposes.
