Summary of the Role
A Sensory Analyst is responsible for evaluating the sensory attributes of products, such as taste, smell, texture, and appearance, to ensure they meet quality standards and consumer expectations. This role often involves working with food and beverage products, but can also apply to cosmetics, home goods, and other consumer products.
