Qualifications

Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective and current tenants.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that all units are move-in ready.
Analyze market trends and adjust rental rates to remain competitive while achieving profitability.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the property maintains a strong presence in the local community.
