Qualifications
Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a flight attendant
Current FAA Certification and training as required by employer
Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Experience with in-flight service and consumer sales
Physical ability to push, pull, and lift objects, and stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and maintain a valid passport
Flexible with work hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Responsibilities
Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and ensure that all safety equipment is functioning properly
Greet passengers, assist with seating, and provide a welcoming environment onboard
Perform safety demonstrations and ensure passengers are aware of emergency procedures
Serve beverages, meals, and snacks to passengers and sell on-board merchandise
Attend to passenger needs, answer questions, and resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner
Ensure compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policies
Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, or those with disabilities
Administer first aid to passengers in distress when necessary
Prepare reports on flight incidents, including safety issues, customer feedback, and any other relevant information
