Summary of the Role
An experienced Diversity and Inclusion Specialist is sought to help shape and drive our organization's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This role is pivotal in creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, developing training programs, and advising on policies that foster a culture of inclusivity.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a diversity and inclusion role or related field.
Knowledge of current diversity and inclusion trends and best practices.
Experience developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies and programs.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to EEO, ADA, and affirmative action.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor programs that promote diversity within the organization.
Create training materials and workshops to raise awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion issues.
Advise the HR team on diversity matters and policy development.
Analyze internal processes and policies, recommending changes to remove barriers to diversity and inclusion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess the organization's diversity achievements and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with external partners, like non-profits and community groups, to establish partnerships and programs that enhance diversity initiatives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion efforts, and develop metrics for measuring success.
