Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Animation, Film, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in animation production, with experience in a leadership role
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation projects
Experience with 2D/3D animation software (e.g., Maya, Adobe After Effects)
Knowledge of animation principles, storytelling, and film production
Ability to provide clear and effective direction to animators
Responsibilities
Oversee the animation team to ensure that all animations meet quality and technical specifications
Collaborate with producers, writers, and designers to understand and execute the creative vision of the project
Direct the animation layout, storyboard, and character development phases
Review and approve the work done by animation team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance
Plan and schedule animation work to meet production timelines
Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends, techniques, and technologies
Manage and resolve any technical or creative issues that arise during production
