Summary of the Role
The Executive Director serves as a key leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization, including fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within a nonprofit organization.

Experience with fundraising and donor relations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the organization's staff and volunteers.
Develop and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the Board of Directors.
Ensure the organization's financial viability by developing a diversified funding base.
Expand the organization's presence and impact through strategic marketing and communication efforts.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with donors, funding agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Oversee the planning and execution of major events and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of programs and services.
Manage and mentor staff, providing constructive and timely feedback.
