Summary of the Role
As a Food Scientist, your role involves researching and developing new and improved food products and processes. In this position, you will apply scientific principles to study the underlying properties of foods, analyze data, and lead projects aimed at enhancing taste, nutrition, safety, and/or shelf life of food items.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related field
2-5 years of experience in food science or a related industry
Working knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP)
Proven track record of successful product development projects
