Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of employment.
Board-certified or eligible in Anatomic Pathology and Forensic Pathology.
Minimum of five years of experience in forensic pathology after completion of residency.
Strong record of courtroom experience with expert witness testimony.
Completion of a fellowship in forensic pathology is preferred.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly in high-stress and emergency situations.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required for investigations and court appearances.
Responsibilities
