We are seeking a dedicated Water Rights Attorney to join our legal team, specializing in issues related to water law including water rights, water regulations, and water usage. The ideal candidate will be assisting clients in the acquisition, compliance, and management of water rights and resources, and representing them in legal proceedings as required.

Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing and interpreting water law regulations and policies.
Support senior attorneys in water rights litigation and administrative proceedings.
Prepare legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, and opinions related to water rights issues.
Consult and advise clients on water rights acquisitions and transfers.
Collaborate with government agencies, other attorneys, and stakeholders in water rights negotiations.
Conduct factual investigations and legal research on water law topics.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local water use and environmental regulations.
