Summary of the Role
As a Junior Acupuncturist, you will be responsible for providing acupuncture treatments to clients while working under the supervision of an experienced practitioner. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals in the early stages of their acupuncture career. You will assist in assessing clients' needs, providing personalized treatments, and ensuring a high standard of care and wellness support.

Certification or licensure as an acupuncturist as required by state or regional regulations.
Completion of a supervised clinical internship in acupuncture.
Basic understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture points.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial consultations with clients to discuss health conditions and wellness goals.
Assist senior acupuncturists in developing treatment plans based on clients' specific needs.
Perform acupuncture treatments under the guidance and supervision of experienced practitioners.
Maintain client records and ensure all treatments are documented properly.
Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols in the treatment space.
Continue to learn and apply new acupuncture techniques and theories under mentorship.
Educate clients on additional wellness practices and lifestyle changes to complement acupuncture treatments.
Assist with the management of the treatment schedule and client follow-ups.
