Summary of the Role
As a Senior Fuel Cell Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and integration of fuel cell technology into various applications. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to innovate and improve upon existing fuel cell systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of efficiency, performance, and reliability.

Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and electrochemistry as they relate to fuel cells.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fuel cell technology development and application.
Proven track record of designing and bringing to market successful fuel cell products.
Experience with fuel cell test stations, diagnostic equipment, and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards pertaining to fuel cells.
Project management experience and PMP certification are considered an asset.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of fuel cell systems for various applications including automotive, stationary, and portable power.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fuel cell technology into product offerings.
Manage the entire lifecycle of fuel cell projects from concept to delivery, including budgeting and scheduling.
Conduct and oversee advanced experimental tests and simulations to optimize fuel cell performance and durability.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to fuel cells.
Contribute to the development of intellectual property through innovative engineering and patent applications.
Ensure that all engineering projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
