The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing wellness programs that promote health and well-being within an organization. This role focuses on creating strategies to improve employee health, reduce health risks, and enhance overall workplace wellness.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in health promotion, wellness, or a related field.
Certification in wellness, health promotion, or a related area is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage wellness programs and initiatives.
Promote a culture of health and wellness across the organization.
Coordinate with vendors and healthcare providers to offer wellness services.
Organize and facilitate wellness events and activities, such as health screenings, fitness challenges, and educational workshops.
Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and modify them based on feedback and data analysis.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials related to wellness programs.
Educate employees on health resources and wellness benefits available to them.
Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
