Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers to ensure efficient production

Adjusting production schedules and staffing to meet product demand
Monitoring the production processes and making necessary adjustments to improve quality and efficiency
Training new staff and providing continuous support and guidance to the production team
Maintaining records of production, inventory, and quality control measures
Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any issues that may arise
Conducting performance evaluations and implementing disciplinary measures when necessary
