Qualifications

Proven track record of recipe development and successful beer production.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of the beer production process from grain to glass, including brewing, fermentation, conditioning, and packaging.
Develop and test new beer recipes to expand the brewery's product offerings.
Conduct quality control tests to ensure that each batch of beer meets our strict standards for quality and consistency.
Supervise and train brewing staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory of raw materials and brewing supplies.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of brewing equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Engage with the craft beer community, participating in events and promoting our brewery and its products.
