Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar.
Experience with statistical analysis and quality testing tools.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control testing procedures and standards.
Analyze test results and coordinate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Investigate product complaints and non-conformance issues and provide solutions.
Review current standards and policies, and recommend enhancements.
Train and mentor junior quality control analysts and technicians.
Coordinate with suppliers or third-party testers to ensure external quality standards.
Prepare and present detailed reports to management about quality metrics, issues, impact, and resolutions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and minimize defects.
