Summary of the Role
The Bioassay Analyst is responsible for conducting and analyzing biological assays that are critical for the development and quality control of biopharmaceutical products. This role involves working in a laboratory environment, utilizing various bioanalytical techniques to assess the potency, purity, and safety of biological samples.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical laboratory setting.
Experience with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, cell culture, PCR, and Western blotting.
Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex biological data.
Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine bioassays in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Analyze biological samples using techniques such as ELISA, cell-based assays, PCR, and Western blotting.
Maintain accurate records of experiments and results in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot assays and optimize protocols.
Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained regularly.
Participate in the validation of bioanalytical methods for new products.
Conduct stability testing and compile data for regulatory submissions.
Provide technical support to junior analysts and assist in their training.
