Responsibilities
Assess the financial health of companies and identify areas for operational improvement.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, creditors, and legal advisors, to ensure successful restructuring outcomes.
Negotiate with lenders and investors to arrange for necessary capital or to restructure existing debts.
Provide guidance on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during restructuring processes.
Monitor the implementation of restructuring plans and adjust strategies as necessary based on evolving business needs and market conditions.
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of business turnaround strategies.
