Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analyze laws pertinent to the client's or organization's activities.
Provide clear and succinct legal opinions and advice to clients and other team members.
Draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they are legally sound.
Understand and apply legal concepts in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing documents for court proceedings and accompany senior legal professionals to trials as needed.
Maintain current knowledge of changes in legislation and best practices relevant to the sector the organization operates in.
