Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a weight management or related role.
Proven track record of creating effective weight loss plans.
Experience working with a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
Assess clients' health and wellness goals and develop tailored weight loss plans.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust plans as necessary for optimal results.
Provide nutritional counseling and create meal plans that align with clients' needs and preferences.
Lead individual or group exercise sessions designed to meet weight loss objectives.
Educate clients on healthy lifestyles, including diet, exercise, and stress management.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure a holistic approach to weight loss.
Stay current with the latest research in nutrition, fitness, and weight management to provide updated advice to clients.
Organize and conduct workshops or seminars to promote health and wellness concepts related to weight loss.
Track and report on client achievements and setbacks to constantly improve the service offering.
