Summary of the Role
The Financial Restructuring Advisor will provide expert guidance and services to companies undergoing financial distress or looking to optimize their capital structure. This role involves analyzing financial statements, developing restructuring plans, negotiating with creditors, and advising on strategic financial decisions.

Strong understanding of debt instruments, equity structures, and corporate finance principles
Demonstrated success in negotiating and implementing restructuring solutions
Proven track record of managing complex financial projects with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of bankruptcy laws and experience in court-supervised restructuring processes
Responsibilities
Analyze companies' financial positions and cash flows to identify the scope for restructuring
Develop comprehensive financial restructuring plans that address both short-term and long-term goals
Negotiate with lenders, creditors, and other stakeholders to agree on restructuring terms
Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations during the restructuring process
Assist in the implementation of the restructuring plan, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments
Communicate effectively with all levels of management and provide strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Present restructuring proposals to stakeholders and advocate for acceptance of the plans
Remain current on industry trends, legal issues, and tax implications related to financial restructuring
