Summary of the Role
The Distressed Asset Manager will lead the assessment, acquisition, management, and disposition of distressed real estate or financial assets. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to maximize value recovery, negotiating with debtors and creditors, and overseeing the restructuring or sale of assets.

Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation models, and real estate markets.
Responsibilities
Analyze distressed assets and develop recovery strategies.
Negotiate with debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders to restructure debt or arrange the sale of assets.
Manage the acquisition process for distressed assets, including due diligence and valuation.
Oversee the management of acquired distressed assets to improve performance and increase value.
Prepare and present reports on asset status and recovery plans to senior management.
Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Monitor market trends and economic conditions that may affect distressed assets.
