Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus, but not required
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weight
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, back of the house, and other designated areas.
Assist with setting up the dining area, including setting tables and placing utensils and condiments.
Support the kitchen staff by restocking supplies and helping to prep food items as needed.
Assist in dishwashing and proper storage of crockery and kitchen tools.
Support the wait staff in serving guests, clearing tables, and preparing for new diners.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff.
Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the management.
Participate in inventory management and ensure that supplies are adequately stocked.
