Responsibilities
Respond to user support requests and troubleshoot software and hardware issues faced by healthcare professionals.
Ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of patient data in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Install, configure, and update healthcare information systems and applications.
Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and systems.
Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades to improve efficiency.
Work closely with healthcare staff to understand their IT requirements and challenges.
Liaise with vendors and IT service providers to resolve complex technical issues.
Prepare technical documentation and system reports.
