Summary of the Role
As an intermediate Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for motivating, guiding, and instructing clients in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and stretching. You will design custom workout plans, provide proper technical guidance, and ensure a safe and positive environment for clients to improve their fitness levels.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of nutrition, weight management, and lifestyle related topics.
Knowledge of safety and legal issues surrounding fitness instruction.
Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments to establish client fitness and skill level.
Design personalized workout programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to individual client needs.
Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines.
Watch clients do exercises to ensure they are doing them correctly.
Monitor client progress and adjust their exercise program as needed.
Offer alternative movements for different levels of fitness and skill.
Enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment.
Give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.
Maintain equipment and ensure the exercise environment is clean and safe.
Provide emergency first aid if necessary.
